At Sebastian's, diners enjoy the ambiance of a Manhattan steakhouse in the heart of downtown Morristown. Set in a 130-year old building with exposed brick walls in the dining room, Sebastian's offers fine cuisine in a relaxed, contemporary atmosphere. All beef is USDA prime beef, and is dry-aged on the premises.
